I spoke to Auntie Ca tonight. She battled breast cancer back in 1998 at the age of 50. She found a cancerous lump and opted for a mastectomy. No radiation was needed and she's been healthy ever since. She mentioned her MIL who had a double mastectomy and implants. She had trouble with infection and pain and regrets ever getting the implants.
We spoke about positive thinking, making changes in your life and the power of prayer. It was a wonderful call and I wish I were there to hug her in person.
